
I started the induction phase 17 days ago. I lost about 4 pounds the first week, then actually gained weight the second, so at the end of induction phase I was 1 pound heavier than when I started (WHAT??) Okay, I drink diet cherry dr. pepper, used the atkins shakes, used heavy whipping cream on sugar free jello, used sour cream, and hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup. All of these list either no carbs, or less than 1. Could any of those have tripped me up? Also, I am starting over today from scratch and I am cutting all of those listed out, so will I have success? I would also like to know if I can have mashed cauliflower on induction. I really want this to work, but I want to know what is sabotaging me. Thanks for any help.
