  • Are low carb protein drinks ok?

I have been drinking EAS brand protein drinks, the net carbs are between 2-3 and 17 grams of protein with no sugar or aspartame. Are these ok to drink during induction? I like to drink one after a work out because it's the fastest way to fill my muscle because I can't wait that long for the chicken to cook. I also like to drink one before bed so I don't go to bed hungry.

Does anyone else drink these? Are they safe for induction?

Thank you so much, I just read through it and that explains my stall. My husband will be happy to know the shakes are all his now. I was 149 on Sunday and this morning 154.

I just bought a six pack as an experiment of Slim-Fast Low Carb "vinilla cream" (Net 2 carbs) in 11 ounce cans. Not sure if they conform to the strict sense of the Atkins diet.... but I thought I would try them. They seem to taste better & have a heavier feel than the Atkins branded drinks.
