  • some beverage options for induction that won't stall me

I did the induction before and drank diet cokes and atkins shakes and didn't lose weight. This time I am cutting out both since I don't know which ones did the stalling. They have diet coke with splenda, but if splenda is 1 carb per packet, how could the diet coke with splenda be 0 carbs? What "sweet" drinks have you used on induction with no problems?

Generally, we have the most success by cutting out all sweet drinks. You'll think you can't but you would be surprised. You have trained yourself to prefer cokes, you can train yourself to prefer water, and your body will thank you!

I don't even miss my vanilla cokes now, and I don't miss shelling out 1.50 for them each either.

They use liquid Splenda, not packets.

One time I had a glass of water with a slice of lemon in it, but other than that I only had pure water. If you feel you must drink something sweet, then it's probably better to avoid it so that you don't feed your sweet tooth.
