  • I have a Question

    Does anyone know if Real Fruit Fructose is okay to consume while on this Diet during OWL. I'm asking b/c i found this website about this low carb yogurt..It's called WOW Cow..and it says only 3 carbs for 1 ounce of frozen yogurt. and i thought it would be a nice treat once in a while! what do you think? let me know if you have any idea..you can also search it on yahoo.com and you can see what i'm talking about. thank you for any help..i was just wondering!

    Fructose is sugar.

      Better off using plain Fage yogurt, add Splenda and berries and freeze it yourself. Then you are only getting the fruit in the berries (on Rung Four, that is)

        As Chinadoll said, beter to use one of the unsweetened plain yogurts (once you get to the 2nd OWL rung and are reintroducing milk products like yogurt) and use a 'legal' sweetener.

        The Fage brand of greek yogurt I use has only 3 .2 carbs per 100 grams (3.5 ounces) so is a far better product to use than one with 3 carbs per single ounce!
