    It could be a combination of both, you seriously need to be taking some fibre. You don't want to know what happens to people who are constipated for that long! Go to your local chemist and get some sugar free/aspartame free fibre and start taking it! And definitely get to the doc's if you haven't already. Hope you get well soon!

      See a doctor. It could also be a lack of potassium. Are you feeling any numbness in your hands and lips?
      I was like this until I got my potassium under control. The nausea was horrible and it got to the point where I threw up. It takes a LOT to get me to puke lol.
      I haven't felt this way since I started eating half an avocado everyday and using a salt substitute and vitamins.

        Hiya,

        I have just searched to see if anyone else got sick like me and here you are!!

        I had 2 boiled eggs for my breakfast and then went straight to the gym. I've never had any problems going to the gym on Atkins but I came back today and was feeling really sick and then threw up - nothing came up as the eggs were long gone. I think the reason is though because I ate 2 eggs before I went, they don't have much carb, therefore my body was shocked that I did a 90min work out. I'm going to make sure I always have about half my carb allowance before going to the gym because I don't want to experience that again. I'll let you know if it happens again. Also I drink plenty of water - I think I am unusual because I actually prefer water over any other drink.

        Have you made sure you eating enough veggies? If you aren't going to the toilet you may not be having enough fibre. You do need to have some carbs in your diet, 20gs on induction which is what I am on and I've not had any problems

        Congratualtions on your weight loss - I hope I lose that much so fast!
