No amount of weight loss would be worth that.

lol, I didn't mean to imply that my breath smells like doodie! Usually when people get backed up really bad, everything stinks. But I have more of a metalic taste in my mouth.

got them at walmart for 5 bucks in diabetic supply aisle.

I think that price is reasonable, I will pick some up next time I go to wally world.

I use ketostix because I am a bit of a freak with making sure what I ate didn't knock me out. I think it is a personal preference. If you want to save the money, save it - if you are following the book you are in ketosis.

Though I've been doing Atkins for 3 months, I never got around to buying ketostix. I know I probably should, but as others have said, there are physical signs too.
