  • off to the beach

    I am not disappearing for long but I am going to the beach this coming week (national holiday in China) and don't know if I will have Internet access there. Am not at all nervous--I checked that the hotel serves a variety of salads and satay to keep me legal and that it has a gym. (My DH laughs at me because I check the gym out first nowadays---used to be I checked the restaurants and spa.) I love life in China, but a week on any beach is always a treat to me and best of all, DH says he wants to start working out this week while he has the time, in hopes he will keep it up when we return!
