I've heard hot soup is good for boosting the medtabilizism..(wow. okay really can't spell that word)
would it be better if I had soup instead of eggs for breakfast? Though the soup has carbs, but very little. Its chicken with abit of curry powder =] good stuff.
Also, I don't understand.. When people gain weight on the atkins is it do do with the amount of calories there consuming or the amount of vegetables?
It seems very strange how someone could gain from vegetables..
