    I am sorry they stole your pictures, that really sucks! Can you sue them??

    I am not sure how to do watermarks, but was wondering if I where to use my paint program and "paint" the words DO NOT COPY across my pictures, would that work? Would that be hard to remove?

      That would work--it would be hard to remove, but not impossible. You should write something like Copyright © Your Name. Or body by Atkins.

      What makes me madest is that they are using results by doing Atkins right and saying the weight was lost with a scam "diet!" I want Atkins to get the credit.

        This link has a tutorial on how to watermark in Paint. Tutorial: how to add text watermark using free software like Windows Paint
