My wife and I were at a Thai restaurant for some lunch today. For some reason the waiter seated us at a table that was next to the only other patrons in the whole restaurant, and these 2 ladies were rather loud. We couldn't help but hear what was said.
Lady #1 was "doing Atkins"... and Lady #2 had no idea what Atkins was ( and still doesn't if she listened to Lady #1 ).
#1. I started doing Atkins on Saturday.
#2. The diet "thingy"? How does that work?
#1. It's easy. You just can't eat carbs during the same meals that you eat fats and proteins. As long as you keep them separated you lose weight. So I never eat veggies if I am eating meat or cheese or stuff.
#2. That sounds hard.
#1. It really isn't. I eat Cheerios or Frosted Flakes for breakfast, with milk - milk has lots of sugar so milk is carbs. ... and then I basically eat veggies for lunch, and meat with cheese for dinner. Then, before bed, I have some fruit.... I eat the fruit at bedtime to keep it separate from the meat and cheese for dinner.

#1. Not yet, but I only started on Saturday.
OK... Time passes... they are eating their lunch........

#1. **** no, but what the heck? We're like those women from Sex and the City, having a good time, right? I'll get back on plan tonight.....
More time passes... the waiter comes over.
#1. We're going to have dessert. We're going to both have the "Sticky rice" and mango plates.
