Okay, I've been reading a lot lately about intermitant fasting or IF. It makes a lot of sense, as does the science behind Atkins. I was wondering if anyone else has heard about this and if so, do you incorporate it with Atkins? I've been doing IF for 4 days now, and haven't really incurred any side affects or urges I can't control, which has been my problem with Atkins. Maybe its all in my head, cause I don't feel I am depriving myself of the "good" stuff I am just post-poning it until after 5pm. Anyways I was thinking of going ahead and starting induction again, and blending it with IF. Any tips, concerns, information, or whatever would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!
