Hi All,
I'm at the end of day 2 of the Induction and I'm convinced i'm not going to lose any weight or see any results. I have done really well with my diet as day 2 closes, but i'm convinced that i'm just eating fatty meat and it's going straight to my problem areas!! Is this normal??
I think part of it stems from the fact that I keep reading all of these inspiring stories of people losing hundreds of pounds. I'm afraid that because I only have 15 to lose at most, my body won't let go of the weight. It's day 2 and I feel very bloated and full : (
Can someone give me a story that relates more to me? I'm 5'2", I currently weigh 120lbs. I am used to being 110lb and have been 105lb for a time as well (that was my happy, confident weight). These weights seem low but for my height, they are actually a perfectly healthy BMI.
I don't know why I'm so afraid!! I think it's a fear of failure, but everyone says they lose weight on this diet. Need some motivation!!
