  • Loose skin and exercise!!

    Hi everyone. I have been on induction for 5 days now and 10lbs down...Woot Woot! So for the past 5 days I havent done any exercising and I know that it is important so I wanted to know if any one has any good work out plans that they would like to share. I had a baby so I have a mummy tummy...hehehe that I cant wait to get rid of and my arms are the place that I need to work on the most. They are flabby and gross and I never show them. I would love to change that so if anyone has any exercising or recommendations pls let me know!!!
    1st goal 248 lbs (I made it!)
    2nd goal 238 lbs (I made it!)
    3rd goal 228 lbs
    4th goal 218 lbs
    5th goal 208 lbs
    6th goal 198 lbs ONEDERLAND!!!

    You will have to build an exercise program that works for you. It has to be something you like doing, or otherwise you won't stick to it.

    But here's what I've been doing lately... Yoga and stability ball almost every day, running (2-3 miles) or biking (30-60 min) 5x a week... plus some small things like hula hooping for about 15-30 min every other day, squats, push-ups, stair climbing, etc.
