Hi everyone. I have been on induction for 5 days now and 10lbs down...Woot Woot!
So for the past 5 days I havent done any exercising and I know that it is important so I wanted to know if any one has any good work out plans that they would like to share. I had a baby so I have a mummy tummy...hehehe that I cant wait to get rid of and my arms are the place that I need to work on the most. They are flabby and gross and I never show them. I would love to change that so if anyone has any exercising or recommendations pls let me know!!!
