Okay, i watch Super Nanny lol, and one thing Jo showed the dad of this one episode to maintain a concept of a time capsule to set goals and indications of where you would like to be in a certain amount of time period and then you open it at that time to see if you are or at least very close to being on track with what you set your goals for.
Now, one of my biggest issues is that i have 100 lbs to lose, that is A LOT of weight and as many know it takes a lot of focus and dedication to say on track. So lol i think i may try this time capsule thing, have a special container i think i will go shopping for tomorrow or make myself one with a project from Michaels or JoAnns, and put it for a month of where i would like to see myself a month from now, not just weight wise but other things like water intake, exercise, food of course but also mentality, motivation, focus, and attitude towards me etc.
Just a thought i thought lol to share, any ideas that help with motivation and focus seems like good posting.
