21 pounds in a month...that is just mind boggling to me considering I drank beer one day a week and Easter I pigged out pretty good on carb things.
Looking forward to exercising more and just keeping this momentum up.
As far as the bad snack foods and late night eating -- that is cut dramatically.
I should have no problem hitting my 200 mini-goal my May 1st considering I will be working 70 hours a week and exercising when I can.
