  • Another question...

IF you fall off the wagon or "go off" the diet for a day...should you go back into the induction phase? should you just start over...if you're in to the diet 6 or 7 weeks when you go off?

just wondering...i haven't i just didn't know how it would work? my friend did and i didn't know what to tell her myself.

    Re: Another question...

I can only speak for myself and it is sometimes counter to what the moderators might say, but I have a hard time going back to the strictness of Induction so I tend to drop to Rung One (which is basically induction plus the extra veggies that keep me sane) for a couple of days and that usually zaps me back into ketosis. Then I can hop back up to the rung I was at before committing the carb offense. But keep in mind this is something that won't work if your friend is cheating every weekend. It works if you are generally on course and lose it on rare occasions.

Usually you jump right back on plan and keep going...If your on 6 or 7 weeks, you start where you left off. The problem with cheating on this plan is that once you give yourself permission, it's just easier the second time, and third and then you have to start all over again
