  • Induction Day 1

    Hey guys!

    I am restarting induction today. I had indian food on the weekend and japanese yesterday both of which are no no's! So I am restarting again today. I have exactly three weeks left until my trip so I'd like to knock a good 7 pounds off which would bring me to 220! I've lost 21 pounds already this year so I need to continue on my journey!

    I have a lot of really cute clothes for this trip...I am so excited and can't wait to strut around in them!!

    So...21 days left for my trip...I think I can easily do 7 pounds in that time frame.

    I don't really know why I cheated on the weekend. Indian food is a comfort food for me and my boyfriend. I was feeling a little under the weather so he and I ususally have that spicy kick to knock our sinuses out!!

    Katie, I eat Indian, you just have to be careful. On Rung two you can have a lot of tandoori stuff. Palak paneer, tandoori chicken, tikkas, rogan jhosh- just no naan or dal.

      Thanks girl!!! It's the curries I have to say goodbye too! I LOVE THEM but I can't have them! I just need to realize what I am giving it up for!!!!! Day one's going well. ABout to have lunch which is the true test!!!

        You could always make your own curries.

        I have eaten curry throughout my Atkins journey - served over calirice. And once I reached the berries rung of OWL I added some goji berries to simulate the sultanas I used to add pre-Atkins.
