I'm afraid I'll have to say "no". Did you read the list of ingredients?

It is thickened with corn starch or other starch, which spikes blood sugar as much or more than plain table sugar.

The only way to get over the sweet tooth and cravings is to go cold turkey and not have anything that is sweet while on induction. Your cravings are a sign of your addiction to sugar and carbs. It's your body begging for a fix, just like a drug addict craves the fix.

If you clear your mind and palate of the overly sweet foods that we have become addicted to, which is how we get addicted to them in the first place, soon you will start to notice the naturally sweet taste of veggies. After going a long time without any sweeteners, when I ate some fruit it was way too sweet and I didn't enjoy it at all.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

          Not really.....

Sugar free Jello Brand Gelatin is sweetened with aspartame, which is a sweetener Dr. Atkins said to avoid.

Whipped cream is okay, provided you use unsweetened heavy cream and a legal sweetener. The stuff you buy in cans, typically are sweetened with sugar, corn syrup, and other non-Atkins things.

So if you can buy a gelatin dessert made with a legal sweetener, it would be okay to eat. However, each serving of that gelatin dessert will count towards your 3 daily sweetener allotments. Same thing for the sweetened whipped cream.

Some folks make their own gelatin dessert by following the recipe on the Know unflavored gelatin packet and using a legal sugar substitute and legal flavoring agent.

I read somewhere you can also make your own ice cream with whipping cream a splenda and unsweetened coco. I made some I was wonderful. Just a few TBS and when TOM came to visit it was all I needed to get that chocolate fix.
