  • Food poisoning ;-(

    I might have food poisoning. I tossed everything I ate yesterday at around 2am and my stomach has been killing me all day. I am still nauseas. I bought some sugar free pepto and hoping that helps.
    I have no appetite and the thought of any sort of meat or dairy just makes my stomach turn!
    I might make myself some hot broth to sip on, that might help settle my stomach a little.
    Not fun!!

    Ouch! I hope this passes soon. Rest up and keep hydrated.

      if you got a pain in your stomach that seems to stay in 1 spot and keeps geting worse and worse then thats food poisoning

      your stomach will keep geting worse untill you puke it all out and after you puke it all out drink alot of water and move it around then puke the water out to try and rinse your stomach out

      try and do about 4 sets of 3-8 pukes depending on how good you are at it 1 set every 30 mins when i had food posioning it took me awhile to learn how to puke effectively

      just make sure you get EVERYTHING out of your stomach dont leave it there and risk leting your body absorb that posion

      after about 10 hours of the 4 sets of pukes you can try pukeing some more to get any more posion out

      if you ate meat like hotdogs that were just microwaved instead of cooked good you could have got food posioning that way

      you need to puke that intensely only if your stomach keeps geting worse and worse and eventually later on is hurting soo bad that its unbearable and is by far one of the most painful things you have ever experienced

      also if it is one of the most painful things you have ever experienced you should make sure someone is there to look after you incase anything happens

        LOL Ziggy, your informative and graphic post was, well, very to the point!

        I have had food poisoning a couple of times and sadly, I agree with Ziggy. You just have to get it all out of your system and then give your stomach a good rest!.
