  • Hard boiled egg less carbs?

According to FitDay, hard boiled eggs have less carbs than scrambled/omelet. Is this true? Why?

Maybe FitDay is including the extras that go into an omelet, i.e., cream or milk, and the oil used to coat the pan when cooking? I use SparksPeople; hard boiled and scrambled show 1 gram, fried and omelet show zero - go figure! Guess it goes back to whoever was working on their data base that day!

I just enter how many eggs I eat. (whole, raw, large) etc... Then I enter the butter I cook them with and the cheese I put on top etc...
