For the remainder of my induction (i'm on Day 9 and have seen NO RESULTS), should I remove caffeine? Unfortunately, it's the only thing i look forward to, i'm so tired of eating meat all the time. This diet is just not working for me.

Yep, if you have been eating meat all the time no wonder you aren't seeing results. You havent been doing Atkins if that is the case.

Re: Last ditch effort...
I remembered your posts from the other day and wanted to check back with you on them.
First, you don't have much to lose so two pounds over the 14 days would be what you should expect.
Second, you had been eating foods that cause you to retain water and water alone could account for the lack of progress on the scale.
Third, if you don't have much to lose, the loss often shows up in the second week, so finish the Induction before you bail. You haven't really done a proper induction based on your lack of veggies and some of the other little things that were going on in your first week.
Keep in mind, it is easy to blame the diet but if you aren't following it correctly, it isn't the diet's fault. This will be even more apparent if you only have a few pounds to goal. Eat your veggies, drink your water, watch your sodium intake, and YES, switch to decaf for the next 5 days.

One of her menus was discussed in this thread: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ing-steam.html
Did you cut down on bacon and sausage? And did you add more nutritious veggies, so that you get over half of your net carbs from vegetables?
I agree with Megs. Post a few menus (include quantities for everything!), because without them it's impossible for us to give you proper advice.
