YIKES!!! I fell off of the wagon!!!!

I am so disappointed in myself. I was doing so great, but about two months ago.......school and school partying just crept in and I didn't even notice. Oh how I gained the weight back. OMG!!! I got my man boobies, well some of it back. It is three months 'till my B-Day.........and well It's Ironic that It was around this time that I finally thought that I needed a change. I really want this to stick. I want to make a permanent change. But is so hard when temptation is all around.........I have motivation once again.

From now 'till July 30th ( my B-DAY ), do you guys think that it is okay to do the Induction phase? And from there continue on to the maintenance portion. How long can one SAFELY stay on induction?

I AM SERIOUS ABOUT THIS NOW!!!! lol!!! I even took the summer off of school just so that I can WORK on MYSELF........I WANT THIS.......I NEED THIS.........DO I SOUND DESPERATE? OH WELL, I am!!!!

I WORK at 24 HOUR Fitness now for Pete's SAKE!!!!!!!! I need to look the part if I wanna sell the memberships lol!!!!

Marc, sorry to see you here. I mean I am glad you are back, but sorry you fell off the wagon cause I remember how hard you were working for that muscular body. Sounds like you are determined so I am sure you will get back where you want to be.

        Ugh... college food...

Induction is save for 6 months or more, so safety is not an issue as long as you do it correctly. However, Dr. Atkins did not recommend Induction for those who have little to lose or have a low metabolic resistance, so depending on your stats you might consider moving to OWL instead.

In what phase of the Diet were you before the partying began?

I guess if I hd to guess it would be OWL........but when I did start to add more veggie carbs, I hit a sudden Plateau, and that's when the downward spiral started.

How many carbs did you add? And from what vegetables?

Do you know what is your degree of metabolic resistance?
