  • What's up with that.....

I'm almost complete with my 2week introduction and the first week I lost
10 lbs. This week I have not lost any weight, what's up with that. I don't know what to do. I'm doing my introduction without cheating, I'm thinking about the sweet, but I'm not eating them. I guess I was just hoping for some fast results.

    Sounds fine to me
We dont all lose weight consistently, and in the first 14 days on induction some people lose mainly in the first week, some in the second week, some evenly across the 2 weeks and some lose nothing according to the scales but lose a dress size or so!

It is said we should lose between 5% and 10% of the total we hope to lose in those 2 weeks, according to your profile info you want to lose 70 in total, so you have lost about 14%
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I did very much the same - lost most of my weight in the first week. Your induction loses are amazing! Congrats!
