hi i am on induction..........i have been wanting to whiten my teeth for a while...........can i use opalescence teeth whitening kit........iit's what dentists use to bleach ur teeth.........from what i can remember it does have a kinda sweet taste to it........i get the mint flavor.....i know something with mint u can take........cause it don't have sugar............that's why u use TOM'S toothpaste........i couldn't find the ingredients anywhere.....it has a lot of peroxide...........i couldn't find what else was in it................................

If it has a sweet taste it surely is from artificial sweetener as no one would ever put sugar on a teeth kit.

As far as your diet? this can't throw you off. I wouldn't worry.

I use a tooth whitening paste (always ADA recommended) every single day. I have had no issue. I also used whitening strips for the first time and didn't have any effects from those either. I am very funny about white teeth LOL. Too bad I wasn't very funny about what I put in my mouth... ROFL
