This website is soo big im guessing theres a sticky somewhere with a list of what i can eat and cant eat for the induction stage etc? or would it be worth getting hold of the book first?

Welcome to ADBB and to Atkins.
Yes, it's best to buy the book, or check it out at the library. Here are some things to read over untill you can get your hands on it though. Make sure to read all the stickies on the top of the page of the 14 day Induction.Here's some things to read over.

Read the book, it will be your best source of information. I'm still reading it, (schedule very tight) but you can't really get the BIG picture of the Atkins nutritional diet without reading the book. I wish you much success!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any book in particular? as ive found a lot of differant versions all buy Robert Atkins on Ebay.
