Today is my 3rd day of Atkins and I am 2 lbs lighter! Yipee! But today I have bad stomach cramping and nausinous. Supposadly that is normal though as you adjust to other foods. :icondance

Congratulations on the pounds down! That is great news, and I agree the nausea should be temporary as your body adjusts to the new Way of Eating. Stick with it through the two weeks, and the negative symptoms should be dissipating for sure by then. Keep drinking your water, which should help too.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

thankyou for all your encouragement! I really do love this place and am glad I found it! There is always someone here who knows the answer to all the questions. I didn't really believe this diet would work very well as I have heard some bad things about it but I can now see it's awsome! This is my 4th day and I am 5 lbs below where I started! I know it slows down after a while but still, this is great. My goal is 35 more lbs in 10 weeks. Trey, who kinda lives with my grandparents although he isn't related to me, doesn't know I'm going on this diet so I hope he will be surprised in 10 weeks when I go visit him. I dont do that,way to many cals for me.....................I have to be careful....Nothing over 1400 here...........Betty if i eat a steak 1500 cals boom gone........I have have like 5 oz ............WHich fills me up now with veggies....No dressing......I have to watch chols.right now.........But i thought that was you......You said dip that steak in butter and you will lose.and you did .................................................. ......252/199/155
