Aside from this board, what do you like to read/watch/listen to in order to reinforce your low-carb lifestyle?
For me:
1. I like the "Livin La Vida Lo Carb" podcasts. They're short, and kinda like brain candy when I have some free time.
2. I watch "I Lost It!" for inspiration (though, the number of gastric bypass success stories tempers my enthusiasm somewhat).
3. I started watching "Blaine's Low Carb Kitchen." Not too bad. Recipes aren't induction friendly.
4. I've recently subscribed to Men's Health magazine.
5. I just downloaded this to my Kindle: The End of Overeating: Taking Control of the Insatiable American Appetite by David Kessler. Looking forward to reading it tonight.
So, what websites/books/shows do you like to watch that are consistent with your lifestyle here?
