    hi all,

    i was wondering is it ok to have black pudding as that must be just protein?

    also while your reading this i stupidly had a day off and went carb mad on friday im on the induction again and ketosis is slower to get in to why is this??

    Don't ever assume something is legal without checking the ingredients first. I just looked up a recipe for black pudding, and the recipe I found had oatmeal in it, which is definitely a no no. Just looked up a second recipe, and the included in ingredients are barley, bread crumbs and oats.

      M&S Black Pudding is about 6g of carb per slice, but check the label!

        The list of ingredients is often more important than the nutritional label. If any of the ingredients listed is not "legal", then the whole food is not "legal", regardless of the carbohydrate content.
