I can almost feel my pancreas secreting insulin just thinking about tasting sweet strawberries.

When you get to the 4th level/rung of the main phase of Atkins (Ongoing Weight Loss aka OWL) then you can add any berries in 5 net carb amounts and see how your body copes with them

5 net carbs is about 4 ounces of them.

You might even find you don't need any sweetening on them
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

On Atkins you can eat strawberries once you get to OWL Rung 4. If you are in Induction, as your profile says, you'll have to wait a little longer.
