I'm halfway through Induction but want to fantasize a bit about what's to come.
Just checking here... you are eating vegetables, aren't you?
My favorites. Eggplant, mushrooms, bell peppers, green beans, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, green beans, garlic, zucchini, plus a lot of leafy vegetables like spinach, watercress, arugula... The truth is, there is no vegetable I don't like. I can't eat pumpkin and celery root, but except these two I seem to fine with all the ones I tried until now.

I've found a way to make a variety of veggies that my whole family likes. Just use an equal amount of butter and olive oil in a saute pan and once hot, throw in the veggies. Some of my favorites are brussel sprouts, asparagus, or cauliflower (or even a mix). Takes about 10 minutes and they are delicious!
Does anyone else find how wonderful veggies taste now that the "sugar-haze" is gone?

People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

I like pretty much all vegetables, except for under-cooked green beans! Yuck!
You must be from below the Mason-Dixon Line. I now like all my veggies barely cooked EXCEPT my green beans--gotta be cooked to death with bacon or ham.

OK I love onions. My absolute favourite Cooked, raw whatever
So on OWL I can have onion soup. Is there anything better?
I had some onion soup in Paris at a fairly expensive restaurant. It was dark brown and black, and I'm thinking it was gonna be disgusting. However, it was probably the best meal I've had in my life.

Yup! I'm from Maryland. I like those beans tender: I don't like them crunching or squeaking when I eat them. lol On the other hand, I like snow peas and sugar snap peas on the crunchy side or raw.
