I am on Day 6 of the Induction phase and have a few questions as I have never tried Atkins before. Am I allowed to eat Oscar Meyer Bologna if it says 0 carbs?? Or I am supposed to look at the ingredient list to see if there are hidden sugars? (I am waiting on the book to come in the mail) Also, if I accidentally go over 20g of carbs one day, should I start a new 14 day cycle the next day? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
