Why am I wondering this? Well - everywhere you look that talks about diet and exercise - blasts Atkins as being "eggs, meat, cheese - no carbs - no vegees - no fruits..."
so i'm beginning to wonder cuz apparantly I'm doing it wrong if I'm enjoying vegetables, cottage cheese, nuts & berries...
