    hi all,

    as im struggling to find coconut oil in england can anybody suggest a chocolate recipe that i can use coconut milk as i think im gonna need a chocolate hit soon,

    it is so true if the scale doesnt move:YOU ARE LOSING INCHES.

    I'm not in England so I don't know where you can find coconut oil, but I see you are in Induction (if your profile info is correct) and coconut milk is not allowed until OWL Rung 3.

    2big had a recipe for chocolate blobs. She was using 1 ounce of cream cheese, 1 tbsp of cocoa and a packet of sweetener. Mix the ingredients, form four blobs, freeze... and then have one when you need something 'chocolatey'. But of course, use moderation and don't overeat them just because you have 4 servings.

      You should be able to buy coconut oil at any 'asian' grocery shop as well as at health food shops. It will be much cheaper in 'ethnic-type' shops as it is a normal cooking ingredient rather than an expensive 'wonder food supplement' as in the health food shops

        Hi and thankyou for your replies,i am definatly going to try chocolate blobs and to be honest ive lost 15 pound in about 2 and a half weeks and my waist is coming back.im so pleased with my progress so far and do not want to scupper it in anyway.

        Atkins is amazing and i will post pics when i reac my goal as im loving this so much,you guys on here keep me going and are an absolute angels for the support you give.

          I just wanted to pop by and congratulate you on your weight loss so far....way to go, you're doing awesome!!!!!!

          Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
          April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
          Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
          1st major goal met -----
          100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.

          2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
          3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
          Current weight – 203 lbs.
          Goal weight - 150 – 160
