Hey guys, just wondering about something.
I'm a big fan of the whole energy drink craze that's been going on for a while now. I only drink the ones with zero carbs though (mostly amp ENERGY Sugar Free). Now I know that the zero carbs is good, but do you know of any ill effects from the other ingredients in the product (taurine, ginseng, guarana, etc.)? I would hate to give it up
