  • The scale is back on the move!

For almost 2 mos I hadn't lost a lb, but that was my own fault. I stopped eating the extra splenda and cream and have lost almost 3 lbs this week. I am 15 lbs from my goal. 50lbs ago I would not have thought this possible.
I am on top of the world! Atkins works if you work it.
Thanks for putting up with me!

WooHoo! You go girl! We supported you, but you did the work!
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

              Well done, Lisa

Time to move to OWL now and start to find your CCLL?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Nice work. It's so rewarding to (a) figure out the stall/problem; (b) actually do something about it; and (c) see results!

Oops I have moved on to OWL weeks ago but keep forgetting to set my settings.(I'm not too good with this stuff, LOL)
I feel good and don't feel as if I am wasting time. I am working now, you know? I started pilates too and feel alive! I truly have found a better way of living.
