  • What's For Dinner?!

    We just had steak strips and shrimp cooked in pure butter. Yummy!!!! In 2 hours, or when the rain lets up a bit, we are going walking!

    We had a seafood casserole that consists of talipia, prawns, brocolli and carmelized onions along with a tossed green salad.

      I had steak and salad with bleu cheese dressing. Yum..one of my favorite dinners. I also tried this chicken sausage thing I found..they are stuffed with spinach and feta. No carbs, no sugar or hidden bad stuff.

      I made a low carb cheesecake for dessert (found the recipe on here). That was too good!

          we had grilled buffalo burgers, tossed salad, cauliflower and broccoli tossed in butter & garlic. Yummy!!
