Just curious if anyone here has had trouble with a long stall or stalls and still managed to reach their goal weight? I read the previous post by Lisau39 about breaking a 2 month stall and I'm glad to hear she stuck it out. How about everyone else? I've been stalled for almost 5 weeks and will probably go back to induction in the next week if things don't begin to move again. I don't care how long it takes me because "I will" reach my goal without giving up and besides I'm eating better and healthier now than I ever have. Everyone loses at a different rate and I knew going into this that 80lbs. would not be easy to shed. thanks...Robby

Re: Longest stall?
Going back to induction phase for a few days is one recommended way to break a stall, page 192. Others are keeping a food diary, I assume to check for 'carb creep,' and cutting out known possible stallers like cheese, nuts, condiments, caffeine, etc. until things get going.
I know the frustration. Of course you can always know that you are still heading in the right direction, even during stalls, if you KEEP EXERCISING and never quit.
Good for you for accepting that it is a marathon, not a sprint!
