Yes I love Monday's it's the beginning of the week I have alot to look forward to, I hope to lose 3lbs this week. I'm going to try to get some exercise in by cleaning up my house inside and outside. Having the family over Sunday for the Holiday promised myself not to cheat, I want to put on my jeans for my birthday 06/03 these jeans don't streach and I don't want to see a muffin top when i wear them.

what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
(on to pre-maintenance)

I'm proud of you for getting in some cleaning exercise.....that's the best kind! You'll be fine on Memorial Day.......just think of all of us out there who aren't eating macaroni salad either! And your birthday is the best motivator......as a fellow Gemini, I know that we see those days as a time to re-assess! You're doing great!
