    hey guys!! I haven't been very active on the boards lately as I've been busy with wedding stuff, house stuff and hearing stuff. I know the wedding is a year away - but I'm excited to start things!!! Me and DH have been very busy with our back yard and porch doing what we can with what little money we've got to make it usable! Plus I've lost a lot of hearing in both ears (ear issues since birth) and I'm having ear surgery (tympanoplasty/mastoidechtomy) on my right ear in July...so yeah - I've had lots of stuff going on!

    But anyways though - enough about that. I just wanted to check in and say hi to all my friends!!! not losing weight right now - just "maintaining" at 175 but still eating the atkin's way!

    Hey keri, I am kind of doing the same--checking in. Got back to US Saturday, family was down to visit over the weekend. Then headed off to see number one son graduate from college yesterday. Body still adjusting sleep-food-and water wise. I am eating legal, but too much (everything here in US tastes better-the meat quality and varieties of cheese, etc. always cause a mini binge when I first arrive home, LOL) Cannot get my water intake up to snuff yet and have not yet started exercising. I figure I will give myself 2 weeks OFF THE SCALE to get my act together before I weigh in. Gotta give myself a chance to adjust and get into a routine.

      hi Keri -- wondered what was going on with you....glad to hear you haven't left us! I'll keep you in my prayers for your surgery and hope everything goes according to plan.

      I've been working in my garden and yard the past couple weeks and dodging tornado warnings....that's not fun but getting out in the yard is great to do again!

      Good to hear you are staying at an even keel with your weight...you've come so far!! Don't forget about us!!
