I weighed Friday like I always do and I was up 2 lbs. I attributed it to the red meat I had eaten the two days before. I have been drinking all of my water (104 oz a day), had no red meat since, and am still up those 2 lbs. I am tracking every little thing I put in my mouth on Fitday. I have done this before, lost lots of weight, I know what I am doing. I also don't feel good. I am always in either the last stage of moderate ketosis or the beginning of large. I feel drained and sore (I have fibromyalgia). I am not sleeping well again and I had been sleeping great since starting. I am not eating anything any different at all. I am on rung 1 of OWL. What could be going on? HELP
