I thought I found the perfect multivitamin, but as I was looking on the back of the bottle it says "CONTAINS: SOY" --it says this in bold letters after the gazillion ingredients. What does that mean? maybe it's still okay?
AND...
On the back of my vitamin b12 bottle, it has corn starch listed 4th from the top. Should I quit taking them?
ALSO...
I've got the meijer brand fiber laxative. For six capsules it states:
calories: 10
total carb.: 3g
dietary fiber: 3g
soluble fiber: 2g
protein: less than 1 gram
Iron .4 mg
Ingredients: psyllium husk, gelatin, polysorbate 80, caramel color, shellac, iron oxide
I'm taking the six capsules (3.12g psyllium husk) once a day--these are okay to use, correct? I guess I'm worried about hidden carbs.
Thanks,
Adam
