I was feeling really ill today, and had some warm 2% milk and green tea. About 2 cups worth total. I started Induction last Friday and have lost 8 lbs so far by kicking up my excercise. I am worried I need to start over totally and that I may have screwed things up



It was probably the "Induction flu" that knocked you out, especially considering how fast you've lost weight. It's all normal. Eating enough (fat, protein, veggies) and drinking plenty of water will help with the symptoms. Plus, they only last from a few hours up to 1-2 days or so. You might want to post your menu, to see if there's anything that could be improved there.
