    Thankyou everybody for you support over my stupidness yesterday,i am back in full swing and feel great and confident that i can do this,

    im going to extend induction again to make up for yesterday then move on to owl when ive lost the water weight id put on.

    Thanks again i finding it such a help on her your all my angels.xxxx

    it is so true if the scale doesnt move:YOU ARE LOSING INCHES.

    Kicking yourself, depending on how long you did it, is good exercise! Good for you getting right back on track. You can't let a little blip in the program derail you for long.
    People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
