I've been doing Atkins on and off for about 2 yrs and I really think that I am doing it incorrectly, I read the book several times but I still cannot grasp the concept. I was wondering if someone could help me understand a little bit better. I think that if sum1 explains it I would understand better. So if there any 1 out there willing to help please do so
