I keep thinking I should eat.,,,then I did a dance work out,,,,was checking email an hour went by thought about it again.,,slippe dmy mind,,,,now it's neerly one,,,,and I know I have to eat something because I ate 4 hours ago,,,but I just want some tuna with may and a celery stick.
I'm on day 5 and its unreal how my appetite,,,rather indifference to food has kicked in. I am not hungry at all.
