      Ok, this is totally off-topic here, but since I've been frequenting this board, every time I get an email from my friend, Tom, I can't help but crack up especially since he signs his emails in all caps...TOM. If he only knew...

          Dumb PMS. It does it to me every time. The scale goes up for me about 5 pounds, but a few days after the last day of my period, I whoosh back down, even losing an extra pound or two.

            Mystery solved, which is not to say that it couldn't happen anyway, but at least now you can rest easy and DO keep eating your veggies.
