  • What to do with perfectly good pumice stone?

Having been plagued for years with dry, cracking, peeling heels, I had invested in a really good stone, some of the fancy socks with 'gel heels,' and assorted creams. They helped 'some.'

Now, even though I still go barefoot every hour that I can get away with it, my heels are never dry, never peel, and thank goodness, never crack and bleed. I attribute this to my good fats and flaxseed, etc.

So now my fancy pumice stone has no purpose in life whatsoever!

Today when I was about to head out for a walk, hubby insisted I take my cellphone. Not knowing where my waist clip was, I grabbed a fanny pack I had not worn since last August. Not only was the fanny pack strap WAY big for my waist, it was way big for my hip measurement too! That rocked...

That's awesome! I wish my heels would heal up. They're still all cracked and yucky.

For a split second I wondered what on earth you had grabbed Over here we would call that a 'bum bag' as for us the 'fanny' is a totally different part of a woman's anatomy.

Anyway - congratulations on your shrinking

Dare I ask, what part Eli?
It's funny, I live in a volcanic region and have pumice rock everywhere. I've found use of it my landscaping my property with the larger rocks. Another purpose indeed.

Great story! I'm looking forward to having that happen to me soon! Hopefully, my heels will heal as well. I LOVE going barefoot!

Congratulations on all of your success!
