Well since I have started this diet...my bp has gone down.
Anyone experienced this?

2 to 3 miles a day and started 500 sit ups daily.
Well mine was always borderline high like 130's over 80's so they put me on bp meds because everyone on my fathers side has it and it would spike even higher at times.
Well on the meds it was 120's over 70's.....then usually like 115 over 68 was pretty average. Well now...
It's hovering like 108 over 68...with only a 10 lb loss basically and the excercise (3 to 4 miles a day walk/jog, 6 days a week)

Many members have experienced this sort of change since starting Atkins.
Do make sure you check with your doctor now and again in case your medications need altering to reflect your improvements in health

Mine also has gone down. With my weight over 200lbs it was very high. Now it is perfect. My doc isn't crazy about Atkins but had to admit I am healthier.
