I've been reading about the lovely benefits of coconut oil. So, I got a small jar at our local Drug Emporium. My only question is how do I use it. A little goes a long way because it's VERY rich and tasty.

I put it in my coffee and love it. Kinda floats on top so you get a little with every sip.m/42 5'7"

Just make sure it's the non-hydrogenated kind. Preferrably unrefined because the refining process removes nutrients.
Anyhow, I can't use jarred coconut oil---the odor nauseates me and the taste makes my stomach churn. I don't find this to be the case with coconut oil that is made fresh from a coconut, so I'm only guessing that the jarred kind have become rancid enough for me to react negatively to. But I'm sure you can use it as you would any other oil~Megs~
