I havent read the book, and the box says no carbs but Im still suspicious. Anyone know?

Please read the book before you decide to undertake Atkins. Alot of people think Atkins is done one way, only to find out later that they haven't been doing Atkins at all. So please read the book. You wouldn't install a child's car seat unless you've read the instructions first, so don't be cavalier and do Atkins without first reading the manual.

As for the Sugar free Jello....it contains aspartame. When you read the book, you'll see why Dr. Atkins told us to avoid asparatame.
